You will elevate your mind, evolve your relationship with your physical body, debunk diet culture, and gain clarity on the 5-Elements of You.
In our first module we’ll explore just how human beings got here, the purpose of this 3-lb-Meatloaf and how it communicates with your “meat suit.” You will learn the basics of evolutionary psychology, how the brain has learned to interact with our environment, and what that means for you!
The human experience is a roller coaster of emotions. Learn how to ride your waves in four simple steps designed to promote allowance, acceptance and effective emotional processing.
We are going to take a guided journey into your physical body by using meditation as a tool for awareness. We will uncover your hidden passion and reconnect your present self with one from long ago. Coupled with a journal exercise to get your thoughts flowing freely.
In our final module, you will gain clarity on the 5-Elements and how they interplay in your personal experience. Included is a self-assessment exercise designed to clearly reflect what is in, and out of balance in your life, while empowering you to take clear action on change.
